First Kiss - Debut Country Single
Debuting at number 15 on the Charts! Kaitlyn's new single 'First Kiss' is available on all platforms for digital download and streaming.
Co-written with Katrina Burgoyne, “First Kiss”, is an up-tempo & fun country pop song that matches Kaitlyn’s bright and bubbly personality.
“I always wanted to write with her and when I saw she was coming back to Australia over Tamworth I got in touch. I had a few ideas on what to write about but it wasn’t until I had a radio interview and was asked, “What is something nobody knows about you? I replied after hesitation, “I’ve never had a foot popping kiss!” First Kiss pretty much wrote itself on the back porch of our house in Tamworth”.
Working with producer, Lee Bradshaw, they found the common thread that connects Kaitlyn’s love of big guitars, big vocals and story telling. She hopes it’s this combination that will cement her place within the Australian music scene. “First Kiss” also features the musical talents of ex- John Farnham guitarist, Brett Garsed.
