Tamworth 2024

Tamworth 2024, what can I say about that!

I was honoured to be invited to join the legend Jayne Denham on the Girls Night Out show in Toyota Park.  This was one of my biggest highlights of my career at Tamworth.  Not only did I get to showcase my original songs, but I got to sing a song by John Farnham ‘Help’ on the stage which had always been a dream of mine.

Simon Johnson – Bass

Ben Westphal – Guitar/Sax

Billy Gordon – Keys

Rod Motbey – Guitar

Mal Lancaster – Drums

Hugh Curtis – Fiddle

Tyla Rodriguies – BV’s

For aspiring drummers or musicians looking to lay down a quick beat idea, an interactive virtual drum set can be a really cool tool. Many online versions offer realistic sounds and a visual layout that mimics a real drum kit. You can often map different drum parts to your keyboard keys, making it intuitive to play. It’s a fantastic resource for learning basic drum patterns, understanding how different parts of the kit work together, or even for music producers to sketch out rhythmic ideas before programming them. Plus, it’s just plain fun to play!
